"I was so impressed with the quick response I received from Nick at Cool Ducts when I reached out to my insurance company requesting service because I had no heat in my home. As soon as the insurance company assigned the repair to Cool Ducts, which was on a Sunday afternoon, I received a message from Nick to set up a time to take a look at my furnace to determine the problem. He showed up and promptly diagnosed the problem. The system needed a part that had to be ordered, but Nick was able to get the furnace working long enough to heat the house back up until he could retrieve the part and get the furnace fully repaired.
